PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has expressed empathy for the woman wounded in unprovoked shelling and firing by the Indian forces across the Line of Control (LoC).
In his message, Shehbaz warned India against stoking war in the region at a time it should be focusing on providing relief to the masses amidst a raging pandemic. But, he said, India was overwhelmed by extremist RSS’s jingoism through its proxy BJP.
Shehbaz said India shouldn’t forget the befitting response Pakistan gave on February 27, 2019. The world is fighting against the new coronavirus while India is fighting against humanity, he said. Even at a time when the Indian government should be busy helping people without any discrimination, it is consumed by its prejudices and racist persuasions, he said.
The PM-N president, who is also Leader of Opposition in National Assembly, lauded the courage and resilience of the people living in the areas near the Line of Control. He expressed solidarity and sympathy with the woman wounded in the Indian attack.
