Court rejects Duck Bhai’s bail plea in gambling app promotion case proceedings
The Session Judge in a Lahore court Thursday rejected Ducky Bhai’s bail plea in the gambling app promotion case proceedings.
According to the details, the FIA has several pieces of evidence against the YouTuber that prove his involvement in the promotion of gambling apps, and thus they have held him in jail on judicial remand.
Earlier, on September 29, the court had adjourned the hearing on the bail applications of YouTuber Ducky Bhai and his wife, Arooba Jatoi.
During the proceedings, the investigating officer had appeared before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Dr Sajida Ahmed and sought more time, stating that the probe was still underway.
The court had accepted the request and directed the officer to submit the complete investigation record at the next hearing.

The hearing took place today, and further progress in the case was made.
According to court records, Ducky Bhai’s post-arrest bail and Arooba Jatoi’s interim bail applications were under consideration.
The case revolves around allegations that Ducky Bhai, along with several other social media influencers and YouTubers, promoted an illegal gambling app on digital platforms.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) initiated action after the app was found to be involved in fraudulent activities and online betting, leading to significant public losses.
The couple, Saad and Aroob, however, deny any involvement in illegal promotion, claiming they were unaware of the app’s fraudulent nature.
