Shah Rukh Khan great admirer of Pakistani cricket aces
An old video of Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan showing his love for Pakistani cricket players resurfaced on social media.
In 2010, SRK appreciated Pakistani all-rounder Abdul Razzaq and branded him the best T20 player in the world.
“In the first season of IPL, I had five players including Wasim Akram in my team and I was criticised because many players in the team were Pakistani”, Khan stressed.
The Pathaan star that 11 Pakistani players were on the shortlist for the IPL auction but in the end, none of them was taken.
“I am not giving an excuse and I truly believe Pakistani players are the best T20 players in the world. They are the champions. They are wonderful. But somewhere down the line, there is an issue and we cannot deny it”, he said.

At the end of the viral video, he requested the young fans to keep the sport free from politics, end these hatreds and not increase them. Instead of accusing each other, be good neighbours.

Shah Rukh Khan recently showed up at the event of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).
Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh also joined him on the stage.
The dance video went viral. American model Gigi Hadid also reacted to his performance.
