Shaniera Akram opens up about hard work in field of glamour
After appearing in multiple TV ads, Wasim Akram is now making an acting debut alongside his wife Shaniera in the upcoming blockbuster “Money Back Guarantee” (MBG).
Shaniera Akram, an Australian social worker and the wife of former cricketer Wasim Akram took to her Instagram handle and highlighted a very important aspect of the glamour world.
Sharing her behind-the-scenes picture from the set of her movie ‘Money Back Guarantee’ she she wrote about the hard work and struggles of celebrities.
“Lots of people may think being in a movie is all glitz and glamour but honestly it really is a lot of sitting around in hair and makeup waiting for your scene”, she added.
Further, she appreciated the efforts of the entire team and stated that if you have your team with you then those long hours will become bearable.
“And sometimes, especially in Pakistan, that scene could be about 4am on and off for 10 days straight. But when you have a great team including hair, makeup, wardrobe, camera and shoot crew, the downtime passes a bit quicker”, she added.

The movie will hit the silver screen on Eid .
The film has been directed by Pakistani heartthrob Faysal Quraishi, starring Fawad Khan, Hira Mani, Wasim Akram, Afzal Khan aka Jan Rambo, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Ayesha Omar, Javed Sheikh, Shaniera Akram, Gohar Rasheed, Hina Dilpazeer, Ali Safina, Kiran Malik, and a host of other celebrities.
The trailer of ‘MBG’ had been released previously and is officially available on YouTube.
