Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali elected to World Tent Pegging Federation board
Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali has been elected to the Board of Directors of the World Tent Pegging Federation (ITPF) in elections held in Muscat on Friday.
Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali previously served as President of the Pakistan Equestrian Federation from 2022 to 2026, under whose leadership Pakistan achieved historic successes in tent pegging, including three gold, two silver, and two bronze medals at international events.
During his four-year tenure, Pakistan also strengthened its global standing by defeating India in the 2023 World Cup.
Additionally, he organized Pakistan’s first major international event involving nine countries.
He oversaw the 2023 World Cup qualifiers in Pakistan, established the first women’s tent pegging team, and initiated horseback archery competitions.
