US, British tourists praise Pakistan Army for promoting tourism

The American and British tourists have praised the Pakistan Army for providing them security and a tourist-friendly environment during their stay in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

American tourist, Canon Bales, in Skardu said the Pakistan Army also provided security in his 2015 visit to northern areas along the Karakoram Highway.

“Coming to Pakistan was a fantastic experience. Pakistan’s landscape, natural sites, food and people are amazing,” he added.

He said Prime Minister Imran Khan was promoting Pakistan as an international hub of tourism.

He also cited 4G internet services and recently built roads.

Another British tourist Canton Col said he would remember Pakistan as a picturesque tourist point.
