PBC demands early arrest of Advocate Munir Sadhana’s murderers

Punjab Bar Council (PBC) Vice Chairman Chaudhary Mohammad Ashfaq Kohut, Zabiullah Nagra, Chairman, executive committee, and other officebearers in a joint statement demanded early arrest of murderers of Advocate Munir Ahmad Khan Sadhana.

They urged the government to arrest the accused under anti-terrorism acts. Advocate Munir Ahmad Khan Sadhana was former President of Jhang Bar Association. They said that peaceful protests are a lawful right of the lawyers.

They said that they tried to contact Inspector General of Police Punjab but he willfully avoid to hold meeting with us.

They requested all the bar associations of Punjab to hold a general council meeting at the roads and streets and share footage of these meetings on WhatsApp groups.

He said that a complete ban is imposed on entry of policemen in the premises.

He said that lawyers will boycott court proceedings on December 3, 2025 and no law will appear in the courts in any case.
