Noor Bukhari raises concern over Hijab bullying at daughter’s school

Noor Bukhari has expressed concern over her six-year-old daughter being bullied at school for wearing a hijab.

Taking to Instagram, the former actress shared an emotional Story, writing: “My daughter, who is six years old, wanted to wear hijab to school today and insisted on it, so I let her.

"Now when she came back, she said all the kids made fun of her. I never pushed my daughters to wear hijab; when Allah wants, they will.”

Reflecting on a similar experience with her elder daughter, Noor added: “This exactly what happened to my elder daughter. When she was seven, she went to school and was bullied, and then she never wore it again.”

She questioned whether such behavior stems from parenting or from societal influences, expressing sadness over the lack of religious sensitivity among children today.

“I want to ask who is responsible for this behavior – the mothers or the society we live in, jo deen se belkul door hain afsos,” she wrote.

Noor Bukhari, once a prominent face in Pakistani cinema and television, has stepped away from the spotlight to focus on her family and personal life.

Today, she shares selective glimpses of her life on social media, balancing motherhood with her continued engagement with fans.
