Sania thinks that during the days one isn't feeling all that confident and happy, he/she should just play the pretending game which might be a very practical solution if you think about it. Instead of dwelling in why the day is not turning out to be as we desire, to choosing to blame ourselves for feeling low, we can just pretend to be doing just fine, as the saying goes: FAKE IT TILL WE MAKE IT.
