Says Akbar Chowk flyover will be completed on time: Adds health card holders will have free treatment in public hospitals

Punjab caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the health card facility had not been shut down, adding that steps were being taken to prevent the misuse of health card, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
“The Akbar Chowk flyover project will be completed on time. Work on different projects continued round the clock even during Eid days. Nespak is monitoring the quality of work in all projects,” the chief minister said while talking to the media.
“Work on different projects is being carried out according to the schedule, and it will be completed within the stipulated period. Rains may affect the speed of work. No compromise is being made [on quality],” he added.
“The health card holders will have free treatment in public hospitals and 70 percent free treatment in private hospitals,” he declared.
“The report of water accumulation in Kalma Chowk Underpass will be received tomorrow. The reason behind the water accumulation will be ascertained, and action will be taken against those responsible,” he stated.
“Lahore has witnessed a decline in crime rate,” he claimed.
