With 14 million followers on Instagram, she remains one of the country's most influential entertainment figures.
However, she was recently overtaken by fellow actress Hania Aamir, who now leads with 14.1 million followers.
Ayeza rose to prominence with her breakthrough role as Farah Ibrahim in the 2013 drama Pyarey Afzal, a performance that earned her the Lux Style Award for Best Television Actress.
Her critically acclaimed portrayal of Mehwish in Meray Paas Tum Ho (2019–2020) further solidified her status, winning her the Pakistan International Screen Award for Best TV Actress.
