South Korea's Kim concedes defeat in presidential election
South Korean conservative presidential contender Kim Moon-soo on Wednesday conceded defeat to opponent Lee Jae-myung.
"I will humbly accept the choice of the people. Congratulations to the elected candidate Lee Jae-myung," he told reporters.
