PTI’s Aslam Abro says will vote for PPP in Senate elections
Talking to 24NewsHD TV channel, Aslam Abro dispelled the impression that any of the party’s members was kidnapped by PPP. “PTI dissidents had gone to their friends’ homes. Nobody had taken them away,” Abro clarified.
He said that there was no pressure on the party dissidents from any side. “We belong to interior Sindh. We are only afraid of Allah (The Almighty).”
Referring to the video showing PTI members pouncing upon their estranged party members on their arrival in the Sindh Assembly on Tuesday (March 2), Abro said the video clearly showed how one of the estranged party members was taken away by members of the PTI in a car outside the assembly building.
He said his and other PTI members’ constituencies were neglected and that’s why they all were unhappy with the party leadership.
He said Prime Minister Imran Khan was being kept in dark about the party’s problems in interior Sindh, and that was the root cause of all the problems.
