The per tola price of 24 karats of pure gold in the country reached an all-time high on Wednesday, reported 24News HD TV Channel.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24 karats of pure gold per tola in the country increased by Rs1,700 on Wednesday, after which one tola of pure gold rate has become Rs2,22,700.
The rates of 10 grams of 24 karats of pure gold have also increased by Rs1,457 to Rs1,90,929 per 10 grams.
In the international market, the price of gold has also increased by US$25 per ounce to US$2,015 per ounce.
