The authorities have stepped up security around the Princess of Hope –the national heritage in Balochistan – in a bid to preserve it.

The authorities sprang into action after pictures showing tourists carelessly climbing the national heritage of Balochistan went viral on social media. 

According to sources, the Balochistan government posted police personnel to prevent people from climbing the Princess of Hope.

They added the district administration noted that due to the irresponsible actions of tourists, there is a risk of the collapse of the Princess of Hope.

Famous Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie named the natural feminine sculpture-shaped hill on the Makran Coastal Highway as the Princess of Hope during her visit to Pakistan.

The district administration decided to make security arrangements after pictures of tourists went viral on social media on Eid.
