16 thieves held, 95 laptops, printers of Chinese call center recovered

Police have arrested 16 thieves who had allegedly stolen 95 laptops and printers worth Rs8.5 million from a Chinese call center in Rawalpindi’s Sadiqabad police station’s limits, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Police have arrested 16 thieves who had allegedly stolen 95 laptops and printers worth Rs8.5 million from a Chinese call center in Rawalpindi’s Sadiqabad police station’s limits, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

A few days ago, a gang had broken the windows of the office and took away 95 laptops and printers. The police used CCTV cameras and local help to find the suspects.

The culprits were identified as Abdul Wajid, Waseem, Bilal, Ali, Abdul Aziz, and Muhammad Mirza and others.

The police said further investigations were underway.
