Lahore girl blackmailed after video-recorded rape in office, FIR registered

Lahore police have registered an FIR against the office owner and his staff for blackmailing a Lahore girl after a video-recorded rape in the office in the Kot Lakhpat area of the city, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.

According to the report, the victim named Pakiza told the police that she was employed at an office owned by Muhammad Shehzad, where the incidents took place.

In her statement included in the FIR, the complainant alleged that the main accused, Shehzad, lured her and repeatedly assaulted her, while also recording objectionable videos.

The victim further claimed that another employee, named Umar, also recorded videos and later used them to blackmail her.

Police confirmed that a case has been registered based on the complaint and that efforts are underway to arrest the accused.

Investigators are currently collecting evidence as part of the ongoing inquiry.
