Punjab CM Maryam seeks report about closure of shops during Multan visit

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz expressed her anger over the closure of shops during her visit to Multan and sought a detailed report in this regard, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

On learning about the closure of shops due to her visit, Maryam Nawaz expressed displeasure, saying no one should be troubled due to her visit.

Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz reached Multan on Wednesday to review flood relief operations in flood-affected areas of Multan.

During her visit, the Chief Minister will also visit Head Mohammadwala and review water flow in River Chenab.

The Chief Minister will also interact with flood-affected families and will ask them about the quality of facilities.

A comprehensive briefing about flood and relief operations will be given to the Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz on Head Mohammadwala.
