Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly Sardar Dost Muhammad Mazari Monday formed a committee to review ransack of the assembly building from the opposition.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Director-General Parliamentary Affairs Rai Mumtaz Hussain Babar and Special Secretary Ali Imran Rizvi are included in the committee.

The inquiry committee will determine who was responsible for the vandalism and will also assess the damage to the opposition lobby and other parts of the assembly building. 

Yesterday, on the provocation of MPA Rana Mashhood, opposition members smashed a rare painting of artist Jimmy hanging in the lobby and security equipment installed there in the assembly building
