CM Maryam announces financial subsidy for wheat growers

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced to provide major financial assistance for wheat growers owning up to 25 acres of land. 

In her post on social media platform X, she said wheat producers will be given per liter subsidy worth 150 rupees, on ten liters diesel per acre. 

The Chief Minister also announced a relief package to facilitate registered motorcycle owners under which bike registration and transfer fee charges have been exempted. A monthly subsidy worth two thousand rupees will also be provided for twenty liter petrol on every registered bike.

To get the subsidy, registered bike owners can contact Helpline 1000. They can also use the mobile App "Maryam Ko Batayn" as well as web portal mkb.punjab.gov.pk
