Humayun Saeed claps back at age talk with pure class

Pakistani superstar Humayun Saeed has taken a respectful and light hearted stance on recent remarks by veteran actress Atiqa Odho, emphasizing admiration over controversy.

In a candid conversation, the actor addressed discussion on their on-screen pairing and age difference, choosing grace and humour while highlighting his deep respect for his senior colleagues.

Reflecting on their past collaboration, Humayun shared that although he had appeared as a hero opposite Atiqa Odho, there was always a noticeable age gap between them.

He recalled that during the drama Tum hi to ho, she was already an established star, while he was still relatively young in the industry.

The storyline itself revolved around this dynamic, portraying her as a celebrated figure and him as an ordinary banker who falls in love with her.

Humayun added that Atiqa often mentions in interviews that she once played his heroine, something he takes positively. “It doesn’t feel bad to me,” he noted, further expressing that both Atiqa Odho and Nadia Khan are like elder sisters to him, and he holds them in the highest regard.

The conversation comes shortly after Atiqa Odho made headlines for her candid advice to Fahad Mustafa.

During a television appearance, she suggested that Fahad should now consider working with actresses closer to his own age, saying, “The time has come for him to work with girls of his own age, I mean women.”

Fahad Mustafa, known for his wit, responded to the comment during a live episode of Jeeto Pakistan.

In a humorous exchange with Humayun Saeed, he joked that he would now only work opposite Atiqa Odho, teasing that she might need a few more “surgeries” before he could play the hero alongside her.

His playful remark added a comedic twist to the ongoing conversation, reflecting the industry’s camaraderie and light hearted banter.
