Khushi describes sister Janhvi Kapoor as ‘huge foodie’
Actress Khushi Kapoor has revealed an interesting side of her sister, Janhvi Kapoor, saying the latter is a ‘huge foodie’
"My sister is a huge foodie, and she has been feeding me since I was young,” the daughter of Sridevi shared while discussing various topics, including her upcoming film Loveyapa, nepotism, and beauty standards.
She added: “I am like the guinea pig in the house. During Covid, I gained so much weight because she would just go into the kitchen, mix all the ingredients, and put it in my mouth."
Janhvi Kapoor also spoke about her love for food in an interview with Curly Tales.
She described herself as a "messy eater" and confessed to indulging in paya-pav, junglee mutton, and pulao when not on a diet.
She also follows Instagram recipes and enjoys mixing different dishes on her plate. Interestingly, she credited her father, producer Boney Kapoor, for introducing her to the unconventional combination of idli with chicken curry.
Speaking of Boney Kapoor, Khushi fondly called him the ‘star of the house’ and a ‘bigger diva’ than all of them.
She recalled an amusing incident from when he had a small role in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
"He didn’t have many scenes in the film. He had to shoot in Delhi, and suddenly, I saw 13 large suitcases being moved from his closet. I realized he had packed his entire wardrobe for the film,” she laughed.
