The Sindh government Tuesday decided to update the financial system of all government departments and agencies, reported 24NewsHD TV.

As per the channel report, accounts of the government and semi-government institutions will be updated.

All account offices in Sindh will remain closed for 8 days.

From January 8 to January 16, the transfer of funds from the public treasury will be stopped.

The money will be spent from the quarterly budget released by the annual budget.

Meanwhile, no new amount will be spent from the special budget for 8 days, according to the Sindh Finance Department.
