Over 4,500 Punjab hospitals to be connected with NADRA

The goal has been set to connect more than 4,500 hospitals and rural health centres across Punjab to the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) system, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the report, NADRA further expanded the scope of the modern system of birth and death registration.

In this regard, the provision of modern equipment has been completed in several hospitals under the Regional Head Office.

Hospitals in Kasur, Nankana, and Sialkot are connected to NADRA's modern CRVS system.

Information about the birth of children and the death of citizens will be received directly by UCs and NADRA.

Citizens of other districts besides Lahore will also be able to benefit from NADRA's modern system.
