Four killed in bus-tanker collision in Faisalabad

Four people, including a woman, were killed while four others were injured in a horrific road accident in Faisalabad early Wednesday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to reports, the accident happened when a bus, heading from Layyah to Faisalabad, collided with a tanker in the limits of Thikranwali police station. 

The injured as well as the dead were shifted to the Allied Hospital. 

The tanker driver managed to flee from the spot.

Soon after the incident, the police reached the spot. 

The deceased were identified as Boota, Shafaqat, Tanveer, while the only woman killed in the accident could not be identified. 

Eight wounded in accident in Sialkot

Eight people were slightly injured in a collision between a water tanker and a passenger bus in Sialkot. 

Following the accident, water spilled over the road, while it also resulted in a long queue of vehicles.

One of the injured was shifted to the Civil Hospital.
