200 passengers stuck at Islamabad Airport after AirBlue flight delayed

As many as 200 passengers held an angry protest demonstration at New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA) against management of the AirBlue airline after its Dubai-bound flight delayed for hours on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to details, an AirBlue flight PA-201 was scheduled to depart from Islamabad to Dubai in the wee hours of Tuesday at 2:10 am. But despite passage of seven hours, the flight was failed to take off from Islamabad. 

Later the passengers held a protest rally against the negative response from the management of the AirBlue as entire staff of the airline slipped away from the airport leaving all the passengers including women, children and senior citizenz in miserable condition.

It is necessary to mention here that last night, passengers of a Serene Air flight also faced similar kind of situation as the relevant flight failed to depart for its destination according to scheduled time.
