Sarfaraz Ahmad to be 'appointed' as Pakistan Test team's new head coach

A decision has been taken to appoint former captain and wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmad as the head coach of Pakistan test cricket team, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Sources told the 24News TV channel that in this regard, the announcement would be made soon.
The former captain will start his job with Pakistan’s test series against Bangladesh.
Pakistan will play a two-match test series against Bangladesh in May, which will be the part of World Test Championship, 2027.
The first test between the two sides will commence on May 8, while the second May 16.
