Two assailants throw hand grenade in Malir’s Kala Board Area: Police and Rangers launch joint operation
A hand grenade attack in Karachi's Kala Board area has left a railway track, an ambulance, and a motorcycle damaged.
The attack occurred when two unidentified assailants threw a grenade and swiftly escaped from the scene, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to the police, the incident took place near a post of the law-enforcement agency (LEA) in the Kala Board area of Malir.
The assailants, riding a motorcycle, arrived from Siddiqui Goth and fled the scene immediately after the explosion.
Following the attack, police and Rangers launched a joint operation in the Malir area to apprehend the culprits.
CCTV footage from the incident has been obtained for investigation.
The police have completed the initial investigation report, while further inquiries are ongoing from all angles.
