Human Rights Division Federal Secretary Afzal Latif has been directed to report to the Establishment Division and Council of Common Interests Secretary Ali Raza Bhutta has been appointed as Human Rights Division Secretary on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A wave of transfers and postings has been witnessed in the federal bureaucracy.

Human Rights Division Federal Secretary Afzal Latif has been transferred. Latif has been directed to report to the Establishment Division.

On the other hand, Council of Common Interests Secretary Ali Raza Bhutta has been appointed as Human Rights Division Secretary. Bhutta still have an additional charge of Council of Common Interests Secretary.

Whereas, current charge of Bureau of Immigration has also been assigned to Overseas Pakistanis Division Joint Secretary Muhammad Zubair.
