Saba Qamar reminds her fans to have faith in themselves
Saba Qamar tried to uplift her fans with a motivational morning note on Thursday.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the Kamli starlet posted a photo of herself with a tranquil scenery in the background. In the caption she said, “This is a soft reminder to all my fans Have faith in yourself.
Keep going, keep shining, keep trying.”
She continued saying, “Even if you fall, get up and try again.”
Qamar asked, “Why would you stop when every step takes you closer?”
The Dastaan actress said “Consistency is the secret, stay steady, stay focused. Your work, your belief, your effort... that's your real power.
She concluded the message saying, “Remember, I believe in you. Now it's time you believe in YOU.”
Last month, Qamar took to her Instagram stories and addressed individuals suffering from heartbreak, emotional pain, or childhood trauma and urged them to ‘let it all out’ whether by writing, talking, crying, or any way. She wrote an emotional message emphasizing how emotional bundles affect overall health.
She said, “Your mental and physical health are deeply connected and both are precious. Love yourself enough to take care of both. Because in the end, only you can truly save yourself. Not everyone will understand your pain, but that doesn't mean it's not real.”
Saba Qamar had suffered a heart-related health complication, which landed her in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital in Rawalpindi.
She received a lot of love and prayers from her fans and seems that she is all better now and back to work.
Saba is recently working on the drama serial Pamaal in which she will be seen alongside Usman Mukhtar.
Saba stepped in the industry in 2004 with the drama serial Main Aurat Hoon. She later gave masterpieces including Izteraab, Kaisay Tum se Kahoon, Bunty I Love You, Digest writer and many others.
She also hosted the super hit political satire show Hum Sab Umeed Se Hain.
Saba has also worked in many national and international film including Manto, Kamli, Lahore se Aagey and Hindi Medium, respectively.
