Similarly, Ayesha Omar has set out to inspire her fans with a good work out regime. Since gyms have been closed across all metro cities, Ayesha has the perfect replacement that can be done anywhere.
Taking to Instagram, the actress penned a lengthy note and wrote: “Day 16 of staying indoors: I have no family or domestic help at home. I’m completely isolated, doing all the housework, cooking and cleaning by myself. Initially I felt very lonely but now I’ve started to enjoy all this ‘me time’.
She further adds: “I’m focusing more on my mental health. A power packed breakfast and a workout every other day helps keep me mentally healthy and physically fit. I’ve had down days too, anxious, unproductive and stressed. But then I shift my focus to releasing endorphins and eating healthy. That instantly boosts my mood and lifts me up. So nothing can really stop me from feeling #AlwaysAzad.”
