Naqvi inaugurates Business Facilitation Centre in Lahore
Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi Monday inaugurated the province's first Business Facilitation Center at Al-Falah Building at Mall Road, Lahore for the convenience of investors, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
Proudly announcing the launch, the Chief Minister introduced the innovative ‘One Window Operation’ aimed at providing a seamless experience for investors.
Taking social media platform x (formerly twitter), Mohsin Naqvi observed that this Business Facilitation Center strategically brings together 20 provincial and federal government departments under one roof, streamlining processes and easing the journey for investors. The move would eliminate the bureaucratic hurdles that often hindered the investment process.

The ambitious goal of the centre is to ensure the issuance of 106 NOCs within a remarkable 15-day timeframe, with an even more accelerated 10-day process specifically made for overseas Pakistanis and foreign investors.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister inspected the counters established in the Center and appreciated the facilities provided there.
In a decisive move to enhance efficiency, Naqvi issued a directive to ensure the expeditious issuance of NOCs within 15 days, halving the previous 30-day timeline.
Not stopping at Lahore, the government plans to replicate this success by establishing five new Business Facilitation Centers in Multan, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Sialkot within the next month.
This strategic expansion aims to make the investor-friendly services accessible across various key cities. This pioneering move is expected to boost economic growth and attract more investments.
