First-year student murdered on father’s grave in Narowal
A young boy, son of late local journalist Shahid Iqbal, was mercilessly murdered after the killers called him at his father’s grave in Narowal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Ahsan Iqbal, a 16-year-old first-year student, was asked to visit the graveyard where he was killed and the murderers later tried to give the impression that he committed suicide.
Ahsan was son of senior local journalist Shahid Iqbal, who had passed away a few months ago.
After completing investigation and receiving post-mortem report, the police have launched a hunt for the accused.
Feudal lord tortures labourers
An influential landlord set up his own court in Narowal where he tied labourers with electricity poles and tortured them over a minor grudge.
A video of the torture also went viral on the social media, after which the police registered a case against the accused.
The influential landlords of Kharghar village dragged the two young labourers out of their homes and tortured them after tying them with electricity poles.
