Fake lady doctor arrested from Lahore’s General Hospital

A fake female doctor has been arrested from General Hospital Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday. 

According to police spokesperson, Kot Lakhpat police arrested a fake doctor while taking action on a 15 call. 

In this regard, ASP Model Town Kashmala Farooq said that the accused was accepting bribes from the public by posing as a doctor in General Hospital. 

She said on checking the records, it was found that the accused Sonia Bibi is not a doctor. 

The accused Sonia Bibi is a resident of Chak Mangla Mirpur Khas.

Accused confessed in her statement to police that she used to introduce herself as a doctor in her own area as well and has collected thousands of rupees from the citizens by posing as a doctor. 

A case has been registered against accused and investigation is underway.
