President Pak Federation Spain Saqib Tahir and senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League Chaudhry Tahir Kathala Wednesday called on Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the Assembly Chamber.

Party matters and national issues were discussed during the meeting. During the meeting, Ch Parvez said that the present government is taking exemplary steps for overseas Pakistanis. He said that overseas Pakistanis are playing a key role in strengthening the national economy.

The Speaker said that migrants are an asset of Pakistan, these people work hard day and night in foreign lands and send the valuable foreign exchange to Pakistan and contribute more and more in the development of the country. He said that expatriates are patriotic and talented due to which the name of Pakistan is shining in the world.

Later, Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi also gifted a frame of the Quranic verse and hadith prepared regarding Khatam-e-Nubawwat ﷺ.

Secretary Punjab Assembly Muhammad Khan Bhatti, DG Parliamentary Affairs Inayatullah Lak were also present on the occasion.
