Security Forces clean up 11 terrorists in South Waziristan IBO

Security Forces conducted an Intelligence Based Operation in the general area of Wana, South Waziristan District and successfully foiled a high-profile terrorist activity, said a statement issued by Inter Service Public Relations (Thursday).

According to the military’s media wing, during an intense exchange of fire, 11 terrorists including Terrorist Commander Hafiz Ullah alias Tor Hafiz and two suicide bombers were killed.

A huge quantity of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the killed terrorists, said the ISPR statement.

The ISPR said the killed terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces and targeted killing of police in the South Waziristan District.
