Bomb explosion at district health officer's house in Bajaur kills one

A man was killed when a doctor’s house came under a bomb attack in Bajaur’s Khar Bazaar on Thursday.

According to the local police, the bomb explosion took place at the house of District Health Office Dr Gohar and he was not home at that time. However, Dr Gohar’s father was killed in the bomb explosion.

The gate of Dr Gohar’s house was also destroyed in the explosion.

A large number of local people gathered outside Dr Gohar's house after the bomb explosion.
