1979 people entered Pakistan through Taftan border: officials

Amid US and Israeli aggression on Iran, Pakistani nationals arrival continued at the Taftan border on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

According to district officials, a total of 1979 people entered Pakistan through the Taftan border. The arrivals included 843 students, 351 drivers and 102 business visa holders. At least 49 pilgrims and 37 diplomats also reached Pakistan through the Taftan border

37 tourists, 4 entry visa and 4 resident permit holders were included.

Deputy Commissioner Chagai Jahanzeb Shahwani said 543 Iranian citizens also entered Pakistan through Taftan border. Citizens of Australia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Denmark have also reached Taftan border.
