Emma Watson linked to Mexican billionaire Gonzalo Hevia Bailleres

Emma Watson has sparked fresh romance buzz after she was seen getting close with Mexican billionaire entrepreneur Gonzalo Hevia Bailleres during a recent trip to Mexico City, with sources saying the pair are quickly becoming one of the most talked about celebrity couples of 2026.

According to reports, the Harry Potter star, 35, was photographed sharing affectionate moments with Bailleres at the airport in Mexico City while surrounded by security personnel.

The pair have also reportedly been spotted together multiple times across the capital and during a getaway to the luxury beach resort of Punta Mita.

Sources told media outlets that the businessman has already introduced Watson to his parents, hinting that the relationship may be growing serious.

Insiders have also described the duo as an unexpected power couple, noting that Bailleres is widely regarded as one of Mexico’s most eligible bachelors.

Bailleres comes from one of the wealthiest families in the country. His grandfather, Alberto Bailleres, who died in 2022, founded the powerful conglomerate Grupo BAL, which controls major mining operations and luxury department store chain El Palacio de Hierro.

The Bailleres family fortune is estimated at around $19 billion.

The entrepreneur currently serves as CEO of investment firm HBeyond in New York City and previously launched a smart locker network across Latin America reportedly valued at more than $100 million.

Watson was previously linked to fellow Oxford student Kieran Brown last year after the pair were seen together near the University of Oxford, where the actress is pursuing a part-time master’s degree.

Despite ongoing public interest in her personal life, Watson has often spoken about resisting pressure to settle down, saying she prefers to prioritise personal growth and meaningful connections over traditional expectations.
