Sahiba picks Mahira Khan to portray her in potential biopic
Veteran Lollywood actress Sahiba Afzal has revealed that she would want Mahira Khan to portray her if a film is ever made about her life.
The actress shared her choice during a recent appearance on a television talk show hosted by Vasay Chaudhry, where she was asked a light-hearted question about a possible biographical film.
During the segment, the host asked Sahiba which actress she would prefer to see playing her character if a movie based on her life is produced.
She was given three popular options from Pakistan’s entertainment industry: Mahira Khan, Saba Qamar and Mehwish Hayat.
Without much hesitation, Sahiba chose Mahira Khan as her preferred pick.
The conversation took place during a segment of the show titled Gup Shup, filmed in a brightly lit studio featuring modern blue and purple neon style lighting.

The video clip also displayed photos of the three actresses on screen as the host presented the choices.
A banner appearing in the clip highlighted Sahiba’s decision, stating that she had selected Mahira Khan to play her role in a potential biopic.
Sahiba, who rose to fame in the 1990s with several successful Lollywood films, remains one of the recognisable figures in Pakistan’s film industry.
While the discussion was hypothetical, the moment quickly gained attention online, with viewers sharing clips of Sahiba’s response and debating which actress would best portray the veteran star if such a project was ever made.
