Pakistan wants impartial probe into Pahalgam incident, Naqvi tells Qatar minister

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Monday visited Qatar’s Ministry of Interior and held a detailed meeting with his Qatari counterpart Khalifa bin Hammad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. He said that Pakistan wanted impartial inquiry into the Indian false flag operation in Pahalgam, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

On this occasion, Mohsin Naqvi briefed the Interior Minister of Qatar about the latest situation in the region.

He also informed the Qatari Interior Minister about Pakistan’s principled stand on recent border tensions with India.

Mohsin Naqvi said that Pakistan always rejected all forms of terrorism and offered an impartial inquiry over Pahalgam false flag operation. 

He said that Pakistan wanted to determine that who is responsible for Pahalgam false flag operation.

During the meeting, both dignitaries discussed various measures to promote training exchange programme and curb smuggling of narcotics.

Qatari Interior Minister assured Mohsin Naqvi that Qatar wanted to strengthen relations with Pakistan in every field.

He said that Qatar decided to appoint a focal person who will be responsible for strengthening ties in different sectors.

Qatari Interior Minister said that both countries were keen to promote and strengthen relations in economic, cultural and investment sectors.
