Pressure group in MQM wants to end alliance with govt over inflation

On the high inflation issue, an anti-Imran Khan Government pressure group has emerged in the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM) that suggested quitting from the secede from the PM’s alliance.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, an important meeting of the MQM Coordination Committee was held in Karachi and echoed voices to quit only from the PM’s cabinet and leave the ministry.
The channel report said that a pressure group has been formed in the MQM coordination committee to secede from the government.
The committee sources said that MQM Pakistan was under a lot of pressure from voters due to rising inflation and being part of the federal government.
In the meeting, MQM Pakistan had decided to formulate its political strategy and made contacts with other political parties and leaders soon in the face of rising inflation in the country.
The three hours long meeting of the MQM Pakistan bigwigs also discussed the disadvantages of being in government with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Khalid Maqbool Sadiqui presided over the meeting in Bahadurabad.
