The autopsy report of slain journalist Arshad Sharif has been released, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

As per autopsy report, more than one wound in the body of Arshad resulted into his death. According to sources, a bullet hit the head of Arshad from right side and caused wound in his brain. Second bullet hit him in the upper portion of his back and took exit from his chest.

The second bullet caused harm to the lungs of the journalist. It has been revealed that bullets were fired at him from medium range with sophisticated weapons. 

The medical team has also collected the samples of different body parts of Arshad for further research.
