Father-in-law defends Minal Khan over ‘Doodh Pilai Rasm’

Glimpses from actress Minal Khan and husband Ahsan Mohsin Ikram’s wedding ceremony have been circulating on social media till now even though the couple have already been to Maldives for their honeymoon but fans can’t seem to stop gushing over the couple and their chemistry.

However Minal’s father in law who holds deep affection for his son’s better half have now been seen responding to some of the negativity which had been emerging regarding the ‘Doodh Pilai Rasm’/'Joota Chupai Rasm'.

Ahsan’s father Mohsin decided to treat the fans with a video from the ‘Doodh Pilai’ function however social media users were not pleased and asked to put an end to the wedding pictures/videos being posted. A certain vicious troll commented on Minal Khan and her family being greedy which aggravated the father in law to no extent and he decided to respond to this comment.

Mohsin Ikram stated: “It’s a fun tradition and not about money at all. You give what one can to make the kids happy on a happy occasion. May Allah bless all of us.”

Previously, Ahsan Mohsin’s dad was approached by social media users who demanded to know the father in law’s opinion regarding actress Minal and Mohsin didn’t hesitate to put forward delightful statements about his son’s choice.

Mohsin Ikram’s opinion regarding Minal Khan: “She’s beautiful, her presence, her soul and May Allah bless her in her new life with Ahsan.”
