Following the announcement of Prime Minister Imran Khan who vowed that the government would investigate all citizens mentioned in the Pandora Papers, the Federal Investigation Agency has also come into action directing its senior officers to compile a list of all those Pakistanis who have been named in the leaks, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Sources told 24NewsHD on Tuesday that the FIA had assigned to its senior officials to prepare a list of all Pakistanis mentioned in the Pandora leaks. 

The names of a large number of Pakistanis including politicians, traders, media owners and others who own several offshore companies have been mentioned in the Pandora Papers.

Sources, however, revealed that the FIA so far has not been instructed formally by the federal government to start investigation. 

The FIA wants to complete its homework before it receives orders from the federal government, sources concluded.
