One of B-town’s most cherished couples, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, are soon to-be parents of their first child and the Bride held a baby shower event Wednesday in which she wore an all-yellow outfit along with a perfect smile of excitement and the glow of pregnancy.

All the family and friends showed up for the event and cherished the occasion.

Alia’s sister Shaheen Bhatt, Ranbir’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor, late Shammi Kapoor’s wife Neila Devi, and others Arrived to their home in Vastu where Alia and Ranbir’s wedding took place in April. Alia’s Best friend and fellow actress, Anushka Ranjan, posted the first image of the expectant mother from her ceremony on Instagram before the event.

Anushka Ranjan uploaded a photo of the Highway actress and her girl squad in trendy and cozy poses on her Instagram stories. Alia looked as beautiful as a Sunflower in the all-yellow outfit. She wore a vivid yellow dupatta and a suit with a golden border. She also wore the traditional maang tika and a golden choker necklace with no makeup, leaving her hair loose. Golden flat sandals completed her ensemble. Standing next to her was Anushka, who slayed in a blue kurta and white cigarette pants, and her sister Shaheen Bhatt, who looked lovely in a pink suit and sheer dupatta.

In an award ceremony, she gushed about her baby saying “My tiny one kicks nonstop.”
