SOAR STEM Schools and NUST join forces to advance STEM Education in Pakistan

SOAR STEM Schools and the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) today announced a new collaboration to enhance science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) opportunities for students across Pakistan.

With STEM skills becoming increasingly essential in today's world, this partnership aims to boost STEM teaching and research to equip Pakistani youth for the jobs of the future.

Under the agreement, SOAR and NUST will work together to develop innovative STEM education programs, competitions, and hands-on learning experiences for students. SOAR students will team up with NUST peers on creative problem-solving projects related to real-world issues. These activities will allow students to apply classroom principles in practical settings.

NUST professors will also collaborate with SOAR teachers to share best practices and integrate emerging technologies into the curriculum. Advanced facilities and resources at NUST will further expand options for SOAR students to engage in advanced STEM learning.

"This partnership will open doors for students to thrive in 21st century careers," said Osman Rashid], Founder and CEO at SOAR STEM Schools. "Together with NUST, we can help Pakistan's youth gain the skills needed to become engineers, scientists, and innovators."

"We look forward to teaming up with SOAR to advance STEM education and equip students for success," said [NUST Representative], [Title] at NUST. "By combining our resources and expertise, we can have a profound impact on developing creative minds and future leaders in STEM fields."

The SOAR-NUST collaboration will begin immediately with plans to launch activities in early 2024, with plans to grow the partnership over time. By joining forces, these leading institutions aim to drive Pakistan forward as a hub for STEM talent and innovation.
