Balochistan High Court (BHC) has ordered the police and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to not file any more cases against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Azam Swati, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

BHC’s two-member bench comprising Justice Kamran Mulakhail and Justice Amir Rana gave this order on the plea filed by Usman Swati - son of Azam Swati. The court has directed the police IG to submit a report regarding this matter and ordered him to present the report in the next hearing. The bench said that all the institutions who are made a party in the plea by the complainant should also obey these orders. The complainant had made police, the home department and the FIA party in the plea.

Advocates Naseeb Ullah Tareen and Syed Iqbal Shah presented the complainant before the court. The court has adjourned the hearing till December 20.
