ATC Lahore Judge Arshad Javed transferred to Bahawalnagar
ATC Judge Arshad Javed had given sentences to PTI leaders Ijaz Chaudhry, Dr. Yasmin Rashid Omar Sarfraz Cheema, Mian Mahmood Rashid and others in three cases of the May 9 attack
Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore Judge M Arshad Javed, who had pronounced sentence to PTI leaders in May 9 cases, has been transferred on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
ATC Lahore Judge Muhammad Arshad Javed has been posted as district and Session Judge in Bahawalnagar.
District and Sessions Judge Bahawalnagar Asif Bashir has been transferred and posted as OSD in Sessions Court Lahore.
The transfer notification was issued after approval of Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Aalia Neelum. Both transferred Sessions Judges have been directed to take charge of new appointment by January 9, 2026.
