Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) leader Aun Chaudhry on Thursday filed a petition in the Supreme Court (SC), seeking a ban on the PTI, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Aun, in the petition, argued that former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan had delivered speeches against the state institutions. “Hence he not only violated the fundamental human rights, but also the constitution,” read the petition.

The IPP leader also attached with his petition what he claimed proofs against Imran.
